Educate - Engage - Enhance

The Cyclones Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was developed in September of 2010.

The organization was created by Malik Shamsid-deen to fill a void for organized summer basketball activities within the Frankfort area. The initial name of the organization was Capital City Cyclones Sports Program, Inc.

While youth athletics were the prime focus when the journey started, the mission and vision has now expanded to include other educational components, including broadcasting and journalism. 

The two major projects of The Cyclones Foundation are the 

Cyclones Sports Academy and WTCF-DB (Cyclones Radio).
